Robotic Arm Catches Objects on the Fly – Open Robot Club

Researchers from École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne(EPFL), Switzerland, have developed this robotic arm which is capable of catching flying objects with complex shapes and trajectories in less than five hundredths of a second. In the near future, this arm is going to help catch dust or unknown objects in the outerspace.
